Always awesome service, from scheduling to end visit. They offer a comfortable friendly and professional environment. Gentle service. They are just the best!! Honestly even referred my daughter and she felt the same. DR. ROESNER is a dream because she makes an already awkward and uncomfortable necessary invasion very joyful peaceful and simple...no pain seriously..I appreciate that the most..like 2 blinks of a eye..and it's done..no need to hold your breath or tighten up in any way...I'm truly thankful!! I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Fahmy and his staff. I love his whole approach, calm manner, and explanations of everything. Not to mention they are highly sensitive to people being covered by their insurance so they don't get hit with unexpected medical bills, which in my opinion goes so far beyond what a doctor should have to deal with. I would recommend this practice (and this doctor) to all my friends!
I always have a pleasant experience here, from the doctors, the sonogram techs, the phlebotomists and the secretary's, everyone is extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Would recommend this office to anyone!
My appointment went even better than what I had expected going into it. Beyond simply discussing and prescribing a new medication, Dr. Roesner worked with me to establish a whole new card plan to help me deal with an issue I've had for decades. She listened to all my concerns and took them into account, and she even remembered small details from our previous sessions. Couldn't ask for more!
Dr. Fahmy was understanding to my needs, knowledgeable and had great bed side manner. His staff were very nice and the office is very clean. Thank you for great service.
This is the best Ob/Gyn practice I've ever been to. The waiting room is comfortable and serene, the individual medical rooms with private bathrooms feel almost spa-like, and the front desk reception and nurses are polite, kind and efficient. Dr. Roesner is absolutely lovely - and a great doctor! Thank you Aster Ob/Gyn!
Dr. Farris is a knowledgeable and excellent practitioner I can recommend. He answered all my queries, concerns and doubts with his profound experience and solid science backed ACOG guidelines, he has good bedside manner. He was polite and calmly explained every details for me. I would highly recommend him for his service.
