I’m very pleased with the care I received at Utah endocrinology. I’ve seen both Daniel and Jazmine and they are top-notch and really know their stuff. They both have done a great job, educating me on my thyroid condition. I used to have a hard time getting in touch with somebody at the clinic if they didn’t answer their phone but recently found that I can text my provider directly with questions or for refills. Awesome upgrade. Thank you for improving your responsiveness.
I have been seeing Dr. Daniel for a few years Now I can honestly say I stay because he is a Great Dr. I would also like to say how impressed I am of the New front office Medical assistant Hispanic long hair I can't remember her Name but she is Genuinely a gem to this Business as I have seen it struggle with several things she is kind and really cared about making sure my needs were met.
It is sad, this place does not care about the patient's AT ALL!! They only care about how much money we are giving them. Run away. If you want someone to care, this is not the place. You can definitely tell they do not live with the disease. Not too speak of the hour and half waiting because they are running late!! But they charge me if anything happens, life threatening or not. Worst experience ever!!
The front desk receptionists are awful they don't answer the phones don't ever get back with you when you leave a message. The doctor I seen was great but if you have a schedule visit keep it don't change it or you will have a very hard time to reschedule your appointments you'll be better off getting a new specialist than trying to reschedule your appointments
Saw Daniel he was incredibly helpful made me feel comfortable listened to my concerns and offered a solution. Will definitely use as my provider in the future
