My first few visits at this clinic were fine, but the constant doctor turnover meant I never saw the same provider twice, and the quality of care declined. Once I was reassigned to male doctors, they stopped listening to my concerns. Most recently, Daniel Peterson from the Ogden office dismissed everything I tried to explain about my medication, talked over me, and told me he wasn’t going to listen or let me have input on my treatment. I didn't like it, very disappointed. Never thought I'd feel the need to call out a doctor for their poor care. Dr. Daniel Peterson wasn't listening and no matter how many times I tried to explain my type 1 diabetes concerns, it was like talking to a wall. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever for them to get back to you. If you need to change pharmacies or suppliers, it's impossible for them to accomplish this task. If I were recently diagnosed with diabetes, I would seriously look somewhere else. Doctors and nurse practitioners are great, but the overall office staff and the way they handle business needs to be seriously addressed and changed.

I had a very positive experience. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and understanding. He put me at ease and made me feel hopeful. The office staff was very nice and helpful. This did happen to my arm when blood was drawn. Never had this happen before.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! They called to reschedule my appointment less than an hour before my scheduled time. I had already taken off work for my appointment but agreed. I then realized I had a conflict and needed to cancel. I was nice and called to canceled the appointment same day as the reschedule was made which was for the next day. Less than 24 hours later. They will not leave me alone now. The business is aggressively pursuing a $40 cancellation fee that was never disclosed to me at the time of the original booking or ... read more
