I’m very pleased with the care I received at Utah endocrinology. I’ve seen both Daniel and Jazmine and they are top-notch and really know their stuff. They both have done a great job, educating me on my thyroid condition. I used to have a hard time getting in touch with somebody at the clinic if they didn’t answer their phone but recently found that I can text my provider directly with questions or for refills. Awesome upgrade. Thank you for improving your responsiveness.

My first few visits at this clinic were fine, but the constant doctor turnover meant I never saw the same provider twice, and the quality of care declined. Once I was reassigned to male doctors, they stopped listening to my concerns. Most recently, Daniel Peterson from the Ogden office dismissed everything I tried to explain about my medication, talked over me, and told me he wasn’t going to listen or let me have input on my treatment. I believe listening to doctors is usually the best course, but when they ignore symptoms, ... read more

They don’t answer their phones, at all. Like don’t even try, it’s a waste of time. They tell you you’ll be charged a no show fee if you’re late. I showed up on time, waited at the front and made eye contact with more than one of the front staff, when they finally checked me in they told me they would have to ask the provider if I could still be seen since I was past the 15 minutes. They were literally the reason it took 15 minutes to check me in.

I didn't like it, very disappointed. Never thought I'd feel the need to call out a doctor for their poor care. Dr. Daniel Peterson wasn't listening and no matter how many times I tried to explain my type 1 diabetes concerns, it was like talking to a wall. My job offered me accommodation and one of the things I needed from this visit was my doctor completing a form to explain my condition. Again, type 1 Diabetes. He openly refused to write anything because he thinks "it's not fair you get accommodation compared to your co-wor... read more

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever for them to get back to you. If you need to change pharmacies or suppliers, it's impossible for them to accomplish this task. If I were recently diagnosed with diabetes, I would seriously look somewhere else. Doctors and nurse practitioners are great, but the overall office staff and the way they handle business needs to be seriously addressed and changed.
