I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Aaron Wilkerson and thought that he was lovely to work with. However, there was an issue through insurance where my claims were mistakenly denied. The billing department through Utah Endocrinology Associates charged me $650 at random. They gave me no warning, no notice of pending balances, no notice of the claims being denied and they did not send any bills to me. If you value your time and money, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. My provider, Victoria, was great, but their billing department is an absolute nightmare. When I scheduled with the office, I was told that the provider I was seeing is in network with my Select Health Insurance; this was not the case. It turns out when they billed my insurance, it came back as out of network and I’m being charged an additional amount, because I’m getting no insurance allowable benefit now. I would like to know what is going on with this facility. I have countless times. Nobody answer ever. Not even the billing department. No matter what option you choose. You won’t get anyone to answer the phone. This text message is all I got. Then you text them and still nobody gets back to you. Is so frustrating

F their billing department. I've been trying to contact them for 3 months. I've called countless times, I've left voice mails. I've asked for mailed statements and just get the runaround. They FINALLY got back to me via text message and then just decided to stop communicating. So my issue was still left unresolved. My wife had a good experience with the doctor and staff, but unfortunately when our insurance (mistakenly) indicated that they were out of network, we randomly received a $650 charge on our card. We never saw a bill or notification, and getting ahold of anyone to figure this out was a real pain.
