Have you ever been ghosted by someone? It sucks right? Well it sucks even more when they’re a medical professional. Had a great appointment with the nurse practitioner. She was very personable. She gave me a few samples, a prescription and she said I needed to go get labs done. I got the labs done. I left her several messages. I’ve used the patient portal to email her and I left a few message at the office waiting for a responses about my labs with. Zero callback zero reply from the messages. The doctor over-prescribed DHEA and testosterone, sending my numbers skyrocketing. The company is also terrible. They don't use the patient portal for anything, and since they have multiple locations, they use a main phone line. Getting a message to physicians and/or nurses to schedule blood work or refill a prescription is almost impossible. I also feel like billing is scammy. Providers are great but they leave constantly. I don’t know where to begin other than the support outside of providers sucks. No follow ups. Everytime the pharmacy calls them they end up calling me saying no one is responding at the dr office. I then have to call the office and ask them to respond. Many times i’ll have an appt and they’ll call that day before asking if my labs are done yet, to which i reply i was never called or reminded to get labs. Do not go here.

My wife had a good experience with the doctor and staff, but unfortunately when our insurance (mistakenly) indicated that they were out of network, we randomly received a $650 charge on our card. We never saw a bill or notification, and getting ahold of anyone to figure this out was a real pain. Once we talked to our insurance they realized that they had made a mistake and they will pay out the claim- our frustration is that we were never notified or saw a bill. If you value your time and money, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. My provider, Victoria, was great, but their billing department is an absolute nightmare. When I scheduled with the office, I was told that the provider I was seeing is in network with my Select Health Insurance; this was not the case. It turns out when they billed my insurance, it came back as out of network and I’m being charged an additional amount, because I’m getting no insurance allowable benefit now.
