The doctor over-prescribed DHEA and testosterone, sending my numbers skyrocketing. The company is also terrible. They don't use the patient portal for anything, and since they have multiple locations, they use a main phone line. Getting a message to physicians and/or nurses to schedule blood work or refill a prescription is almost impossible. I also feel like billing is scammy. I really enjoyed seeing Dr. Aaron Wilkerson and thought that he was lovely to work with. However, there was an issue through insurance where my claims were mistakenly denied. The billing department through Utah Endocrinology Associates charged me $650 at random. They gave me no warning, no notice of pending balances, no notice of the claims being denied and they did not send any bills to me. I would like to know what is going on with this facility. I have countless times. Nobody answer ever. Not even the billing department. No matter what option you choose. You won’t get anyone to answer the phone. This text message is all I got. Then you text them and still nobody gets back to you. Is so frustrating

F their billing department. I've been trying to contact them for 3 months. I've called countless times, I've left voice mails. I've asked for mailed statements and just get the runaround. They FINALLY got back to me via text message and then just decided to stop communicating. So my issue was still left unresolved. Every single time I've tried to pay my bill, there's always been an issue. Now I was hit with a late fee and get this... a late fee for a late fee. If you value your time and money, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. My provider, Victoria, was great, but their billing department is an absolute nightmare. When I scheduled with the office, I was told that the provider I was seeing is in network with my Select Health Insurance; this was not the case. It turns out when they billed my insurance, it came back as out of network and I’m being charged an additional amount, because I’m getting no insurance allowable benefit now.
