In the beginning, this office was exceptional. However, that was a years ago. I have been visiting this office for the past 7 years, possibly more. I have changed a few doctors over the years. The best doctor in this office is Jasmine Shifrian. She has been the sole reason I have remained at this office. The reviews are not for her. If I could give her a five-star rating, I would do so. . If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not typically write reviews, but the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism at this office makes it necessary to warn others. Communication from this office has been consistently unacceptable. As an adult patient, I had to request multiple times that my contact information be updated from my mother’s to my own. I've gone to Dr. Falahati for years and sadly had to switch to a different endocrinologist. The front office and call system is the WORST of any doctors office i've ever worked with. They now use a call center based in a different country so that makes communication impossible. I called them and corresponded with them for over a month to get my lab order sent to me and a medication refilled- every time I talked to them, they said they would send it over and refill my prescription... it never happened. The billing at the Ogden office is terrible. They said that I had been sent to collections and that I had a $300 bill I hadn't paid. They immediately ended the phone appointment and said I couldn't schedule with them until it was taken care of and to ask to talk to the billing lady in their office. I have been a patient here for several years. I'm not sure what is going on at this office but the turnover is incredible. I recently went in to do my labs prior to my appointment and weas informed that my provider was no longer there and that I would be seeing the 6th provider in about 6 years with the office. Ok fine. I'll give anyone a shot. I ended up having to cancel my appointment for last Friday and left a message to cancel 3 days prior to my appointment and asked for a call back to reschedule.
