I have been a patient here for several years. I'm not sure what is going on at this office but the turnover is incredible. I recently went in to do my labs prior to my appointment and weas informed that my provider was no longer there and that I would be seeing the 6th provider in about 6 years with the office. Ok fine. I saw Dave Gamble here for YEARS and was so happy with my care—despite the office staff and the terrible time I had trying to contact the office. After he left I got a cryptic text saying that he was no longer in practice, they’d canceled my next appointment, and left it up to me to call them back for an appointment with a different provider. Imagine having an appointment. You take the morning off of work. You are in your car driving to your appointment when the office calls to cancel last minute because the doctor had an emergency. At this time they offer for you to come the next day instead. You agree to this appointment time and then SHORTLY after realize there is a conflict. You call the office and cancel but they inform you will still need to pay because it's less than 24 hours away. If I could give it a 0, i would. Every time I have called, it always goes to voicemail. I leave a message and they never call back. I have scheduled mulitple appointments that are never actually scheduled on their end. I ran out of pills and needed a refill. She wouldn't see me unless I had an appointment. Which I did. She still said no. Do not go here! there has got to be better places out there. They never do anything they say they will do. The ball gets dropped and they just say sorry.

Very disappointed in the billing system here. First of all I got a bill out of nowhere with a late fee on it when I had never received a bill by mail or email before that and was never told at the beginning of any of my visits that I had an outstanding amount. Before I even had a chance to respond to it they automatically billed my credit card instead of asking me what form of payment I wanted to use.
