I have been a patient here for several years. I'm not sure what is going on at this office but the turnover is incredible. I recently went in to do my labs prior to my appointment and weas informed that my provider was no longer there and that I would be seeing the 6th provider in about 6 years with the office. Ok fine. In the beginning, this office was exceptional. However, that was a years ago. I have been visiting this office for the past 7 years, possibly more. I have changed a few doctors over the years. The best doctor in this office is Jasmine Shifrian. She has been the sole reason I have remained at this office. The reviews are not for her. If I could give her a five-star rating, I would do so. . If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not typically write reviews, but the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism at this office makes it necessary to warn others. Communication from this office has been consistently unacceptable. As an adult patient, I had to request multiple times that my contact information be updated from my mother’s to my own. I was told on four separate occasions that it had been corrected, yet nothing was actually done until I physically came into the office. That level of negligence is inexc... read more

The billing at the Ogden office is terrible. They said that I had been sent to collections and that I had a $300 bill I hadn't paid. They immediately ended the phone appointment and said I couldn't schedule with them until it was taken care of and to ask to talk to the billing lady in their office. So I called the collections agency, they had no record of unpaid bills for me. Turns out that none of that was true, I'd paid all my bills. If I could give them zero stars I would. Let me be sure to make this clear I seen Dr Campbell who isn’t there anymore. He was absolutely AMAZING. This is 100% to do with their office staff. One….they keep you on hold for so long when you call. Yet when you are in the office no one is ever there. Two…I called to make an appt and the girl at the front desk was so rude after thinking I owed 40 dollars. Refused to make me an appt for owing that.
