I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gupta and the entire team at Twin Palms Orthopedics. From the very first appointment after my accident, they have treated me with compassion, kindness, and genuine concern for my recovery. Had one knee replaced July 1, 2025. It was so much fun had second knee replaced February 3, 2026. Dr. Farr and staff were awesome! Dr. Farr answered some strait forward questions prior to surgery and was always very informative with my follow up appointments. In house PT was equally professional an caring. Would highly recommend.
I have nothing but nice things to say about the physical therapy department: Martha, Corby, and Rosie are all super kind and were beyond helpful to me! If they were not associated with Twin Palms Orthopedics I would continue on as their patient only. The members of the care team that I have dealt with have been courteous and professional but the billing/insurance team needs some major work.
