TLDR: Will not be returning. The appointment was extremely rushed. Poor bedside manner. The doctor frequently cut off my teen mid-test and didn't explain what she was doing. I have low confidence in her findings and prescription. I decided to try the Plainville Todani office for my teen because they are now affiliated with the office I go to for myself and my older teen in Attleboro. Everyone who works here is amazing, however I feel like they SEVERLY OVERBOOK appointments. Everytime I come here im here for over an hour for just my bi yearly check ups. I spent usually 30+ mins waiting. This time I came 15mins early and was not put into a room until 25mins AFTER my appointment time. Then after waiting in the room for another 20mins without being seen, I had to leave and was already paid my copay. So I wasted my time and my money. I recently had a checkup with Dr. Ison and she immediately puts you at ease. She is thorough in her examination and knowledgeable about dry eye. Her suggestions on managing dry eye has helped me tremendously. Prior to cateract surgery, I saw Dr Ison annually for exams and for contact lenses, another area in which she excels. The office staff in the Attleboro Office should also be commended for their efficiency with checking in and out!
I always have a great experience at this office, and a big part of that is thanks to Kim at the front desk. She’s extremely helpful, patient, and always goes out of her way to make sure everyone is taken care of. Whether it’s scheduling, answering questions, or just being friendly, she makes the whole process smooth. Truly one of the best!
Easy cataract surgery. Amazing technology. Immediate extremely positive results. No discomfort. Everyone from the Plainville front desk to Dr Todani professional and pleasant. Extremely happy with my experience and my decision to have the surgery with Dr Todani.
