I am so very grateful that I was referred to Todani Eye Associates. It has been a wonderful experience from the initial consultation with Dr Amit Todani to yesterday's exceptionally successful eye surgery. Dr. Ahmed is amazing! He is professional, congenial, attentive, and compassionate. After my 1st Cataract surgery I called him with a concern and he personally returned my call. He is so thoughtful. Dr. Ahmed's staff (from the receptionists to the techs) are wonderful! We especially appreciated the diligence of a tech named Andy.
My experience was fantastic with Dr. Todani. His whole staff Kim and Bridget at the front desk, his staff that does the initial testing, and Chris his nurse that scheduled my Cataract surgery were excellent, friendly and professional. Dr.Todani went over my procedure in a very easy to understand manner, and spent as much time as I needed to answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you for responding. However, your response misses the central point of my complaint. I never expected your office to guarantee my insurance coverage. I simply asked reasonable questions about my potential out-of-pocket costs before proceeding with an evaluation and possible cataract surgery. My complaint is about the manager’s dismissive and intimidating manner when I asked those questions. I also want to be clear that I have never questioned Dr. Amit Todani’s professional expertise. Dr. Todani’s medical practice is amazingly efficient and modern, with a set-up that looks straight out of a hospital. I felt safe having my operation here, especially given how thoroughly I was informed on what to expect. Everything from the choices I had to their costs was transparent, and his staff was so attentive. Love my new vision!
