I was switched to this office after they took over Sturdy Eye Associates. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, since I knew nothing about them. At my first appointment, I show up to them telling me I didn’t have an appointment that day and I needed to come back on the day they had in the system. I demanded to be seen because (1) I had proof my appointment was supposed to be that day and (2) I needed a new contact prescription. Todani Eye Associates provides excellent care that goes beyond expectations. The welcoming staff works hard to make sure that appointments are easily scheduled and questions answered. The support staff, both assistive and in the operating suite, are professional, kind and receptive to the individual needs of the patient. Dr. Todani is generous, knowledgeable, skilled, and willing to listen. I never felt rushed. Dr. Todani’s medical practice is amazingly efficient and modern, with a set-up that looks straight out of a hospital. I felt safe having my operation here, especially given how thoroughly I was informed on what to expect. Everything from the choices I had to their costs was transparent, and his staff was so attentive. Love my new vision!
Dr. Todani and his staff were very friendly and courteous on all my visits. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and now have 20-20 vision once again. Every step of my procedures was explained as he performed the operation. I would highly recommend him to anyone asking me.
TLDR: Will not be returning. The appointment was extremely rushed. Poor bedside manner. The doctor frequently cut off my teen mid-test and didn't explain what she was doing. I have low confidence in her findings and prescription. I decided to try the Plainville Todani office for my teen because they are now affiliated with the office I go to for myself and my older teen in Attleboro.
