7/6/26 Beaverton Branch The staff was very friendly. They checked me in as soon as I walked through the front door. It was a short wait, and Jonathan came and took me back to the examination room. After a few minutes, Doctor Susan came in and we discussed my aching knee in great detail. She knew immediately what was going on and pulled a graphic diagram up from her laptop to show me exactly what had happened. That was a huge relief, as I had been worried it was something else. I am looking forward to receiving genuine, honest and excellent communication about all of my health needs and concerns. My experience today with Heather was very positive. The clinic feels welcoming, organized and professional. I am happy with my decision.
I was seen at Sellwood Medical Clinic and they were fabulous. I was seen on time and with minimal wait between being shown into the exam room and seeing the Dr. She took a generous amount of time to go over my issues and provided valuable feedback and even emotional support that I was not aware I needed until given. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
I have been seeing Susan as my primary care provider since around 2015, if not longer, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my healthcare. She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and takes the time to listen without ever making me feel rushed. No matter what concerns I bring to an appointment, she always makes me feel heard and respect. I would say if you are looking for a fantastic pcp, look no more.. but please keep looking, I have enough issues to keep her busy. ;) She is simply the best!
Merinda is literally the best primary care provider I have ever had!! She clearly listens to me and remembers details about my life even when I haven’t seen her for months. She is just amazing and takes a very collaborative approach to my treatment which is extremely refreshing! I highly recommend Merinda, she’s wonderful!!
