Melissa was really great in confirming my diagnosis and course of treatment- I had gone to the emergency room last week on the advice of an advice nurse in my cardiologist’s office. I had a swollen right foot and it was bright red and two toes were brownish looking. I also had shortness of breath. I was welcomed and treated nicely by everybody. It was such a nice and clean facility. I am happy that I have found a nice place for my medical care. Susan, as always was a wonderful provider. She knows how to Listen and takes excellent care of her Patients.
Every member of staff I interacted with from the receptionists to the MAs and the medical provider I saw were wonderful! I felt heard, respected, and cared for from start to finish. Merinda Sterner took the time out of her busy day to listen to my concerns, was very knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects, and referred me out to the proper places for more complex issues. This is where I will be seeking primary care for the foreseeable future!!

My medical visit with the doctor was great, no complaints. The clinic does have an in-house lab so I decided to try it out since I had some baseline labs to complete. I’ve gotten my blood drawn plenty of times so I’m used to the process and I typically request a “butterfly needle”. I’m a petite person with smaller veins so regular needles don’t usually work for me (coming from a person who has gotten 10-11 tubes of blood drawn in one visit).
