Very disappointing experience at Prime Choice Family Clinic & Urgent Care. I took my son here expecting timely and reliable care, but the experience turned out to be extremely frustrating. The provider failed to send the prescribed medication, and when I followed up the same day, I was told it had already been sent. I drove to the pharmacy (which is quite far from my home), only to find they had no record of it. Visited this urgent care in Frisco TX for a fever and had a very good experience The wait time was short the staff were friendly and professional and the medical team provided excellent care. Prime Choice is simply amazing. The care and attention they provided me throughout was exceptional. A MD doctor was there when I went.
