Visited this office on September 19th and this place lacks communication. I had a blood clot on my finger that was a few days old and I wanted it popped/drained and that 3 minute procedure was over $245! Unfortunately this was not disclosed to me before the procedure, had I been made aware of the cost I would have opted not to move forward, pay my co-pay and left their offices. Visited Prime Choice today for a checkup. I was a bit nervous after a bad experience at another clinic, but this place was completely different. Staff was polite, the doctor explained everything clearly, and the medicine started working by evening. Clean facility and overall great service.
I've brought my family here for multiple accidents (a thumb sprain, 2 broken arms) and multiple illnesses and quick COVID tests. The inside is very clean, the staff is very professional and helpful. I also love it because we can usually get in and out very quickly. I highly recommend them and have trusted myself and family's care for years.
Very bad experience. I was on the way for annual health checkup and received call about Provider unavailability. They should have informed atleast the previous day or an hour before the appointment. I was on Fasting for blood work and had to return with out consultation. The so called provider should have planned ahead. The front office lady should have informed ahead of the appointment time. 10 mins before the scheduled time would not work. Busy persons avoid this facility.
I was looking for a primary and glad I came here. The last one I found did not do labs in house. This place does in house labs and was super easy to get an appointment. That is one of the things I look for. Going to the doctor is not fun so the easier it is to get in, the better.
