I had a wonderful experience at Prime Choice Family and Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted. If you need an urgent X-ray to determine whether a bone is broken, think twice before choosing this clinic. I brought my son here after he injured his thumb. Before driving over, I called to confirm they could perform an X-ray and determine whether it was fractured. They assured me they could. After the X-ray was completed, I was told the images had been sent to the radiologist and that I would receive the results in about 30 minutes. I had a visit and I came to this clinic it was very clean very nice, check in process was quick, girl who was at the front desk I got her name Viri made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked in , she greeted me and smiled. I was having a rough day so that simple gesture made my day. Overall experience was great staff was kind and whole process was easy. Will be back!
