If you need an urgent X-ray to determine whether a bone is broken, think twice before choosing this clinic. I brought my son here after he injured his thumb. Before driving over, I called to confirm they could perform an X-ray and determine whether it was fractured. They assured me they could. After the X-ray was completed, I was told the images had been sent to the radiologist and that I would receive the results in about 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience at Prime Choice Family Clinic & Urgent Care. I took my son here expecting timely and reliable care, but the experience turned out to be extremely frustrating. The provider failed to send the prescribed medication, and when I followed up the same day, I was told it had already been sent.
