I have a healthcare background, so initially I tried to be understanding given they may have a high volume of patients making it difficult to receive care in a timely manner. Each of my appointments here I was seen 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time, given little time with the doctor to discuss anything, and had difficulty contacting anyone in the office via phone or MyChart. I was there for my annual, confirming with the doctor that I only needed the most basic tests covered by my insurance. However, a total of three months later, I received a bill from the diagnostics center that the clinic partners with, charging me 500 dollars for tests I didn't order and my insurance doesn't cover. Tried calling them three times over the past week. Not one time was the call answered. I wanted to say that I liked the people working there as they were nice, but they definitely had some administrative issues

Appalled at the lack of care I received during my brief experience at Oasis. Deceptive billing practices- I set up an appointment for a procedure and they made me pay up front without saying they had essentially cancelled the appointment procedure and I spoke to the doctor for 90 seconds but was charged over $300 for nothing. When speaking to the office manager, she refused to patch me through to the billing department ( stating she made the billing decisions…?) then hung up on me mid sentence. I was an at risk pregnancy due to my obesity and hypertension and my previous OB refused to keep me as a patient, so at 10 weeks pregnant with my first child I was hysterically seeking care. After being chastised by other doctor’s offices for “waiting too late”, we found Oasis Women’s. I got an appointment with Dr.Welch and everything has been smooth sailing since that day.
