The front desk staff was not very friendly, and I didn’t have a good experience with them. However, the doctor was kind, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I really appreciated the doctor’s professionalism and care. I hope the front desk customer service improves because it would make the overall experience much better.
Nurse Practitioner Lena Dabbar is outstanding! She has taken phenomenal care of my first child over the years and now our second. I highly recommend this practice.
Ms Lena Dabbar was amazing on my visit with my 7 yo daughter. We had to leave our previous pediatrician due to doctor making me feel rushed and invalidated with my concerns during visits. My daughter had a wonderful visit. Ms Lena was so gentle and attentive, answered all my questions and concerns. I’m happy to have found this practice. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is always positive and comforting, which is so important when bringing a child to the doctor. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about the well-being of their young patients. Thank you for providing such a high level of compassionate and competent care. We feel very fortunate to have Lena Dabbar as our child's pediatrician.
I absolutely do not recommend this place. We have been going there with 4 kids for 17 years, and besides 1 employee the place has become worse and worse each year. Nova pediatrics primary concern, in my opinion, is about lining their pockets. All they care about is money, with zero regard about their patients. We are extremely happy with our new provider! Avoid NOVA PEDIATRICS, THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS!!
