Let me start with saying that this place is a miracle place and Dr Jonathan Gottlieb and PA Karina Gass are an amazing human beings with miraculous experience and with beautiful attitude and also the staff when you walk into the office they make you feel so welcome and comfortable . I had an appointment with Dr. Lerma to check my MRI results and he suggested a very invasive surgery for my back. When the appointment ended and he left the room I was waiting for the nurse to get my paperwork dine I noticed on the computer monitor that Dr. Lerma was using another patient's MRI and X-ray results to give me my diagnosis which was completely wrong. Having someone cut through your neck and perform mechanical work directly adjacent to your spinal canal is scary, to put it mildly. But after 20 years of pain, discomfort, and ultimately extreme limitation in mobility, I had no choice but to undergo a two-level spinal fusion and disc replacement with Dr. Gotlieb.
