Michele and her staff were very polite, patient, respectful to me during my visit. Given the circumstances, they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Keep up the good work in helping others.

When you go in ,the staff greet you and smile. Also the facility is always clean. The Doctors really listen to what you have to say and go out of there way to be very honest and helpful. To your needs . The place is a little out of the way and small . But with great care and detail to the patient’s health and needs .

She iss a wonderful nurse practitioner. She addresses and answers every question so that I understand fully.she always me like I am inportant.best of all She doesn't add to many other nurses I have had.shes the best!.

The front staff was kind and attentive, they greeted as soon as I came in. They notified I was struggling with my kids to get them to sit down and put cartoons on for them, they even gave them chips :) I was seen by Carolyn Diaz, she was kind and funny. She listened to everything I said and didn’t once undermine me or make me feel like my concerns were not valid. I never felt so welcomed or heard at a doctor office, can’t wait to see her again. It was such a great experience!!

NP. Diaz was what I’ve been looking for in a medical provider. She actually listens to you and doesn’t just put a bandage on your needs. I’ve have never felt more welcomed in a clinic the way I felt welcome here. Everybody is on the same team here. The compassion and “want” to help you in whatever you are feeling. Amazing. Thank you again and I’m moving my entire family over. The ease of labs and communication is refreshing.
