Dr. Jose Pando is one of the BEST OF THE BEST!! He's well educated and stays abreast of current research, trends, etc. He connects with his patients and is a great listener. His staff is also wonderful - all of them are very caring in every way. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pando's for over 25 years now - and couldn't be more grateful for his excellent care of us.
Dr. Pando is an excellent doctor. First, he is clinically a talented physician. Second, he is a very good listener. Third, I really like the way he wraps up each appointment; he makes eye contact with and dictates you’re visit summary. He’s not talking about you, he’s talking to you. This serves two good functions, you hear a recap of your visit. It also provides an opportunity for the patient to re-hear your treatment plan and ask questions. More doctors should use this process, it’s a definite best practice.
Dr. Pando is an extremely caring and knowledgeable physician with an excellent support staff. He will spend the necessary time with you listening and then explain to you an agreed plan forward depending on your condition. I would recommend him to my closest friends and have done so. Dr Pando is a wonderful doctor who is very kind and respectful to his patients. He is also very good at what he does. I went to him with severe body pain and through his care am doing much better.
Easy office to find. Dr. Pando is usually running on schedule. Might wait in room 10 minutes…..no problem. He is kind and very caring. Takes time to ask you questions for your issue. Explains blood tests. Dr. Pando always is sure to cover all my aches and pains. I have Lupis and he is always concerned about my side effects of medicine I’m taking. Staff is great….day before they do a reminder call….very helpful.
