I am so glad I found Delaware arthritis. Dr Pando is kind, considerate and very professional. He listens and prescribes the necessary tests and treatment. Nurse Barb in the infusion area is very professional but what I love about her is her sense of humor and her ability to make you laugh even on down days. From the receptionist to Nurse James, all the staff are kind, pleasant and professional. My treatment helps me have a better quality of life. Thanks Dr. Pando and all the staff.
Dr. Jose Pando is one of the BEST OF THE BEST!! He's well educated and stays abreast of current research, trends, etc. He connects with his patients and is a great listener. His staff is also wonderful - all of them are very caring in every way. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Pando's for over 25 years now - and couldn't be more grateful for his excellent care of us.
Dr. Pando is an excellent doctor. First, he is clinically a talented physician. Second, he is a very good listener. Third, I really like the way he wraps up each appointment; he makes eye contact with and dictates you’re visit summary. He’s not talking about you, he’s talking to you. This serves two good functions, you hear a recap of your visit. It also provides an opportunity for the patient to re-hear your treatment plan and ask questions. More doctors should use this process, it’s a definite best practice.
I've been with Dr. Pando for 20 years. Never have I had a bad experience. His staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. I have also seen Jennifer Rahn, PA. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't see any other for the treatment of my RA.
Dr. Pando was excellent. It was my first time having my appointment with him. He explained something about the infusions I get for my osteoporosis that I hadn't been informed about by my former rheumatologist. Thank you so much for giving me a little more information that I didn't know prior to seeing you Dr. Pando! I highly recommend him!
