Reviewing Dr. Pando as a physician, not his front desk staff: Over yrs, I have found Dr. Pando an extremely caring, professional physician who listens and addresses your concerns. I would put him up against any of the top rheumatoid physicians at any of the major teaching hospitals and would definitely travel to see this physician. Dr. Pando himself is worth the wait. B. May
My referral was send to his office on Dec 10th I called 2 days of being a month my dr send another referral I called and called and called finally a lady told his assistant would call me back no didn't happen I left a message 2 times they text my husband said my phone wasn't working (lie) told me they had talked to the dr and I would have to wait till March to get in my elbow is not moving my hands don't work in terrible pain which I had told them when I got to talk to them don't know anything about the dr but his appointm... read more
The worst front staff that I have ever dealt with in my life. Several interactions in person and over the phone with constant misinformation making a simple new patient appointment a disaster that never even happened. Communication, etiquette, and professionalism is appalling and it’s unfortunate we were not even able to make it past the front desk. Dr Pando is a 5+!!! Office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Staff’s lack of communication might cause me to seek a change.
I called this clinic a month ago to find out what I needed to get an appointment set up. I had my current primary care send in a referral and had my full medical history sent with everything they asked for. I called them a week later and they said they haven't received it. The person on the phone told me to check with my doctor to be sure it was sent (everything was) and call back if I haven't heard from them about setting up an appointment in two weeks.
