Well this morning my wife had a appointment to see her Doctor we arrive on time parked . The car parked there belong to one of the nurses didn't say anything when I parked next to her. When the other nurse pulled up got out car which she was riding in she told me that I could not park there it was reserved for employees so we look to see if there was any signs posted of course the was none .So only the two nurses was making a big deal out of it threaten to have my car towed I moved not because they was in the right only b... read more
If I could give this office zero stars, I would. Absolutely the most horrible experience. Extremely inconsiderate, Extremely dismissive and does not actually listen to their patients whatsoever. My water has been leaking for an entire week and I kept saying that I was feeling a lot of pressure and leakage and every single time my concerns were dismissed. Without even actually checking. If I could give zero stars I would. I seen them back in February-March and told them I was worried about miscarrying as I had one back in April the year before. They didn’t listen to a word I said and just ignored it. Well I ended up miscarrying. I just found out I was pregnant again and went in to get a hcg as now I am high risk. I want to begin by saying that I am not writing this to discourage others from seeking care here, as I truly hope others have had and will have a better experience than I did. However, I was deeply dissatisfied with the level of hospitality and professionalism I encountered during my visit. Wait time is horrible they asked me to arrive 15 mins early, I did so. Apt was at 11 I didn't get seen by the dr until 12. The waiting room is very crowded!! Once I was seen it did run smoothly. I Got my blood test results back next day, my pap took about two days. I did test positive for bacterial vaginosis and the only way I know that is because my results are on Healow they posted those 6 days I have yet to receive a call regarding treatment or go over my positive results.
