Well this morning my wife had a appointment to see her Doctor we arrive on time parked . The car parked there belong to one of the nurses didn't say anything when I parked next to her. When the other nurse pulled up got out car which she was riding in she told me that I could not park there it was reserved for employees so we look to see if there was any signs posted of course the was none .So only the two nurses was making a big deal out of it threaten to have my car towed I moved not because they was in the right only b... read more
If I have to be honest my appointment was at 2p I got there 15 mins prior to get paperwork done, I waited over 30 mins to get called back and another 30 to 45 mins to be seen by the doctor himself. I’m a new patient, he didn’t ask if I have any questions or non of that sorts, he stated we are doing this and that and the third and left the room. Came back to do the pap, never seen him again. So many things happened I don’t know where to start… awful long wait times, rude receptionists, weird rule about no phones past the door where you see the doctor. After driving 45 mins and waiting over an hour for my first appointment that was supposed to be an ultrasound, I was seen by the woman obgyn that doesn’t do baby deliveries and told that they had no one there to do my ultrasound but they could do a pap smear. All of the “positive” feedback is all bull I had came in to check on a birth control to make sure it wasn’t moved or causing me the pain in my hips and stomach. Instead a intern and a doctor came in I didn’t consent for by the way and started speeding through didn’t care for my pain basically made me feel stupid for thinking my pain and bleeding was caused by the birth control shoved a rod up me without a lot of lube and said it’s cuz I’m not tense and pushes my legs apart it HURT I feel like crying and now I have to wait ev... read more
Currently waiting at the Mesquite Office to see Dr Odogwu. An hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time. This is my second attempt at an appointment at the Mesquite Location. My first visit was at the Rowlett location with Dr. Trost. Phenomenal experience. They scheduled me to get additional blood work done in Mesquite and set up a 20 week ultrasound visit. Mesquite Visit #1-Went to just get blood work done. 40 minutes pass before they bring me back and put me in a room for 15 minutes. I have to pick up my kids from schoo... read more
