I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chi and the entire office staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I went to see Dr. Chi for a recurring ingrown toenail. Dr. Chi took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and made sure I understood every step before moving forward. Dr. Obinna Mgbako was very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and knew immediately that I was a runner due to my responses to his questions. He provided me with exercises to complete on my own, a referral for PT and additional recommendations to help me. I left this office very happy and satisfied with my appointment.
