The doctors are good but some of the staff members are really bringing the place down. I've had numerous instances where they didn't send my medicine orders or make my specialist appointments. I don't mind doing this stuff myself but don't offer it as a service if you're not going to follow through. I know that if I EVER need the staff to follow-up on something, I either better call and remind them or just do it myself.
