I had the most positive experience at Bestcare as a new patient this week. From the moment I arrived, each staff member was kind, patient, and understanding. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. They helped to explain everything for follow up appointments/phone consultations. The nurse, Leah, was extremely welcoming and comforting. Dr. Straker and his team are truly amazing! They are very attentive and always take the time to answer any questions we have. As first-time parents, Dr. Straker really helps put our minds at ease and makes us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I highly recommend him and his practice. The phlebotomist is also incredible — I usually have trouble with people finding my veins, but she gets it every time. She’s extremely gentle, and I barely feel the needle at all. Overall, an amazing team!
I moved here this year and became pregnant. I looked around for a female OBGYN and couldn't find one within a reasonable distance. Against my better judgement, I settled with Dr Straker because he was highly reviewed. I definitely dislike his jokey chill manner, he speaks more to my husband than me. Massiel is probably the best PA I’ve ever met in my entire life through an OBGYN clinic. She’s professional, kind, personable, she makes you feel comfortable, and understood. I’m happy I switched places, and definitely recommend this clinic. Everyone is so friendly, polite, and very punctual.
When i first went to this practice i rated it 5 stars because it was a huge difference from where i came from. After a few appointments i realized that $$$ is the only motive for Dr. Stryker. Like other reviews said, hes very chill and brushes your concerns off. For a 2 min results post op call he charged my insurance $100. Had me get a scan redone that i had at the hospital because somehow the ER doctor reached out to him via phone telling him measurements when the report said opposite.
