I’ve been a patient for a few years now. There are two things I truly appreciate that have kept me coming back for anual exams or for prenatal care. One is the kindness and care of the staff. They make me feel known in a positive way and they have been there for me from the beginning. Seeing familiar faces and knowing their names adds to the sense of comfort in every visit. Dr. Straker was extremely professional, comforting, and helped bring peace to my worries. He took time to actually listen without judgement and I’m grateful that he was able to help me. Also, their brand new office is a beautiful space. Highly recommend.

I had the most positive experience at Bestcare as a new patient this week. From the moment I arrived, each staff member was kind, patient, and understanding. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. They helped to explain everything for follow up appointments/phone consultations. The nurse, Leah, was extremely welcoming and comforting. I had such a wonderful experience with this OB-GYN PA. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and cared for. She took her time during the appointment, listened attentively to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was clear and reassuring. I visited them because of the reviews but I didn’t feel comfortable with the doctor there and I and my husband also felt ultrasound person was not at all friendly and way stricter than needed. Its already a lot of anxiety, questions you need someone who can help calm your nerves. Didn’t feel that way at all with them and the worst of all is you almost need to wait for a week to know about the ultrasound results.
