As a new patient, Dr. Warrick & staff gave me thorough exam as i have history of basil cell. He also explained in detail causes of dry skin and self treatments. I was very pleased with their personable healthcare conversations with me. My only issue was with using online portal prior to my appointment that did not record/populate my medical history & information, therefore I had to fill out forms upon my arrival for my appointment.
The PA that I had for this appointment was very thorough. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions in terms that I understood. The only downside was the wait time when I arrived. I did not get into an exam room for about 45 minutes.
Google makes you leave at least 1 star but if I could I wouldn’t leave a star period. I’ve never went to a doctor office that was this RUDE in my life. The red head at the desk has a very bad attitude and the office manager (doctor warrick’s wife) is extremely RUDE. She got all up in my mamas face telling her to leave that she owns this building just bc I didn’t have a actual insurance card bc I was never given one bc I’m on my daddy’s insurance we have always shown them a picture of it and they have always took it well not... read more
The PA was knowledgeable and provided a thorough exam. The assistant was pleasant and attentive. The only draw back is that I needed to make three additional appointments to address findings which use be done during the same appointment.
Mother’s appointment time was 1:15pm seen at 2:46pm and was seen 5 minutes for a follow up. Asked office if any payment was due at last visit, she said no. When arrived for appointment office said I NEEDED to pay before being seen, AND AFTER because of deductibles. No bill was sent, no balance was given prior, didn’t have correct insurance information.
