Have never had a bad experience with this office! Staff, techs are great. Dr Shaloub is 1 of my favorite people ever, he's caring, gentle, thorough, listens to you & fusses at me when I need it. Been seeing him since 2013 & won't go anywhere else.
First visit staff made me feel welcome. They had me in on time after the first person. Did my vitals and ask questions. I did not have to wait more than 30 seconds and the doctor was in was very thorough and examination and explained everything really well future visits were scheduled before I left. I hope the other visits go as well as this.
